In this course participants will learn to manage a client’s case through the many steps of the mediation process.  Through simulated mediations they will explore:  document preparation, building your “case notebook”, preparing your client for mediation, creative problem-solving, the role of the mediator, reaching a solution, and settlement follow-up.
