In this course participants will learn to draft agreements in complex business transactions.  They will explore how to convert the "deal" into a complete, clearly written agreement.  The participants will learn how to use forms without being dependent on them by identifying the basic issues of the agreement and developing creative drafting solutions. The participants will learn how each component of an agreement is connected to the others, and they will learn to identify the common problem areas.
