WHAT IS CONTINUING LEGAL EDUCATION (CLE)?
CLE is continuing legal education for lawyers already admitted to the Bar of their own jurisdictions. It updates both skills and knowledge and allows lawyers to perform their jobs more effectively. Continuing legal education programs are designed to apply to lawyers in private practice, corporations and government agencies. For lawyers the learning process never stops. In the modern legal environment where the laws, statutes, and procedures are always evolving, lawyers must be ever vigilant to maintain their preparedness, ensuring that their education is current. CLE is an essential part of professional preparedness.
